Matthew Malcolm – Director, Programmer

Matthew is Rampant’s senior technician and internal programmer. His role involves analysing and solving the more complex IT concerns and issues including network design and network / server installation and diagnosis. Matthew has an intellectual mind for solving computer hardware and software problems of today. Matthew has over 25 years experience in many facets of the Technology world. As the founder of Rampant Technology, Matthew has been with Rampant since 1996.

Shaine Wild – Director, Operations / Support

Shaine is Rampant’s Operations / Support Manager and has over 20 years experience in the IT industry with many more in the technincal / administrative industry. She has had previous experience running an IT company before selling it and joining Rampant. Shaine manages the monitoring of client networks to ensure systems are regularly serviced and maintained and schedules the Help Desk and onsite technical staff. She has been with Rampant since 2004.

The Rampant Technology Staff

The Rampant support team comprises of Michael Karabache, George Karabache, Geoff Blake, Wayne Davis, David Harman and Charly Tunstall. These lads and lady are a collection of friendly, outgoing personnel who have a keen interest in technology. Each having their own superior level of knowledge in their particular service field, whether it be help desk, repairs, installations, new technology, software, internet or network design. All technicians have a compulsory obligation to sit and pass Microsoft exams in order to receive certification. Rampant absorbs all costs for study and exam fees as encouragement for their staff to maintain their up-to-date knowledge of an ever changing technical world. Technicians are also privileged with using a fleet of company vehicles to assist in providing reliable, prompt service to our client base. Our Support Service Staff experience includes the following: - Microsoft Certified Professional – Compulsory qualification for employment. University education in Information Technology Help Desk & network support ADSL/Cable internet support
